Ross works with the insurance company directly and has done it long enough to know what they leave off the sheet. Customers have specifically thanked him for going back at an adjuster who tried to skip damage.

Custom & refinish paint
Full repaints, colour changes, candy and metallic layouts, graphics and airbrush work.
Waterborne PPG, infrared cure, and twenty-odd years of knowing how a colour is going to lay down before it leaves the gun. Then it gets cut and buffed, because a finish that is merely sprayed is only half done.

Ohio law is on your side here: an insurer can recommend a shop, but the choice is yours. Bring the claim number and Ross takes it from there — estimate, supplements, and the arguing in between.
